Yes!  I will be attending the 2004 Kentucky Flute Festival.  

A $50 check is enclosed, payable to Flute Society of Kentucky.  This includes Festival Registration, Competition Fee, and Festival T-Shirt.  For those selected to compete in the Final Round, a pianist will be provided.  You will have one rehearsal on the day of the Competition.  You may opt to bring your own accompanist.
A separate check is enclosed for 2004 FSK membership:  $10 for students, $15 for non-students.
A $30 competition fee is required to enter a second competition.
