FSK SOLO COMPETITION AGREEMENT

  1. You may submit either a cassette tape or a compact disc. All tapes must be Type IV Metal and must be recorded on side A only.  Recordings must be unedited.

  2. All application packets must be postmarked no later than November 1 and received by November 5, 2005 and must be complete.  Application packets must contain the following:

FSK Solo Competition Application
FSK Solo Competition Agreement
Solo Competition Fee
Membership Fee (separate check)
Recording marked with ONLY the name of the competition

  1. All recordings become property of Flute Society of Kentucky and will not be returned. All recordings will be coded and sent to preliminary judges.  Finalists will be notified in early December 2005.

  2. Decisions of the judges will be accepted as final. 

  3. All finalists will work with a Festival Staff Pianist at no charge or provide his/her own pianist at his/her own expense. 

  4. I agree to appear at the Kentucky Flute Festival, January 13-14, 2006 in Louisville, KY. I will be responsible for all transportation arrangements, lodging, and meals.

I have read this agreement and understand that I will be disqualified if found not in compliance.
